Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips

- 1 packet fajita seasoning
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 8 ounces tortilla chips
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken strips, olive oil, and fajita seasoning. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned chicken, bell peppers, and onion onto a large sheet pan.
