Ingredients

  • 1 cup edamame, shelled
  • 2 medium carrots, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 pack dumpling wrappers

Instructions

  1. Pulse the shelled edamame in a food processor until coarsely chopped.
  2. Transfer the edamame to a bowl and add grated carrots, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Mix until well combined.
  3. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold in half and press to seal tightly.
  4. Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. Carefully add the dumplings and cook for about 5 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
