  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. In a smoker-safe pan, combine the cubed American cheese and half-and-half.
  3. Stir in the drained diced tomatoes with green chilies and chopped green onions.
  4. Sprinkle the smoked paprika, garlic powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper over the mixture.
  5. Place the pan in the smoker and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to combine the ingredients.
