Spring Rolls are a light and refreshing dish suitable for any occasion. These rolls include fresh vegetables, fragrant herbs, and optional protein, all wrapped in delicate rice paper and paired with a tasty dipping sauce. The process involves carefully slicing ingredients, arranging them on the rice paper, and rolling them to form compact bundles. The combination of crisp vegetables, aromatic herbs, and savory flavors makes Spring Rolls a favored and nutritious choice for snacks or appetizers.
Ingredients
- 1 package rice paper wrappers
- 2 cups lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/2 cup mint leaves, fresh
- 1/2 cup shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup rice vermicelli noodles, cooked
Instructions

- Place the wrapper flat on a clean surface. Arrange a handful of shredded lettuce, carrots, mint leaves, shrimp, and noodles along the center.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper inward over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom to the top to enclose the contents.
