  • 2 medium yellow squash, thinly sliced
  • 2 large tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
