Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, chopped dill, mint, onion, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  2. Place a grape leaf flat on a work surface. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the rice mixture onto the center of the leaf.
