Ingredients

  • 8 whole spring roll wrappers
  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup peanut sauce

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all the vegetables by peeling and cutting them into thin strips.
  2. Fill a shallow dish with warm water. Dip one spring roll wrapper into the water for about 5 seconds until slightly softened.

  4. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then tightly roll it up from the bottom.
  5. Repeat the process with the remaining wrappers and filling.
