- 2 cups skyr
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup, optional
- 8 Biscoff cookies, whole
- 2 Biscoff cookies, crushed
Instructions
- Open your tub of skyr; stir in the maple syrup if using.
- Push the whole Biscoff cookies down into the skyr.
- Reaffix the lid and refrigerate overnight so the cookies get all soft and cakey.
- Evenly distribute the skyr into 4 bowls (or just eat straight from the tub).
