Chicken Parmesan Sliders

Ingredients
For the Sliders:
- 12 frozen breaded chicken tenders or patties (air-fried or baked)
- 1 package slider rolls (such as King’s Hawaiian or similar)
- 1 cup marinara sauce (such as Rao’s or your favorite brand)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for topping
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (Dan-O’s)
For the Topping:
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Dash of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1-2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally (keep them connected if possible).
- Place the bottom half in a baking dish or on a lined baking sheet.
- Arrange cooked chicken pieces evenly over the bread.
- Spoon marinara sauce over the chicken.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Add a light dusting of Italian seasoning.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, salt, garlic powder, parsley, and Parmesan.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the sliders.
- Brush the butter mixture evenly across the tops.
- Sprinkle a little extra Parmesan if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
