Ingredients

  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and sesame oil to create the sauce.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the cleaned anchovies to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they become crispy.
  4. Pour the sauce over the anchovies and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
