Ingredients

  • 1 wheel brie cheese, approximately 8 ounces
  • 1/4 cup fruit jam of choice, such as raspberry or apricot
  • 1/4 cup mixed nuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • crackers or sliced baguette for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the brie wheel on a baking sheet or in a small oven-safe dish.
  3. Spread the fruit jam evenly over the top of the brie.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the jam.
  5. Drizzle honey over the nuts and jam.
  6. Top with fresh thyme leaves for added aroma.
