Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line an 8" x 8" baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, sliced almonds, and dried cranberries.
