Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line an 8" x 8" baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, sliced almonds, and dried cranberries.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.
