These guacamole-stuffed cherry tomatoes are a refreshing appetizer with a tangy twist, ideal for parties or light snacks.
Ingredients
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 small red onion, minced

Instructions
- Cut the tops off each cherry tomato and scoop out the seeds gently using a small spoon or melon baller. Set aside.
