Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped

  • 4 whole pita bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper until well combined.
  3. Cut the pita bread in half and stuff each pocket with the meat mixture, pressing down gently to pack it in.
  4. Place the stuffed pitas on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and the bread is crispy.
