Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup raw almonds, chopped
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats and chopped almonds.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, mix honey, brown sugar, and butter until sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in salt and vanilla extract.
