- 2 15 oz cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed

- If using dried chickpeas, soak them overnight, then drain and rinse. Otherwise, skip this step.

- While the processor is running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the hummus becomes creamy.
- Taste the hummus and adjust the seasonings if needed.
