Instructions

  2. Pour the coconut water into the popsicle molds, filling up to half of each mold.
  3. Layer slices of kiwi and diced pineapple into the molds on top of the coconut water.
  4. Gently pour the blended berry mixture over the fruits in the molds, leaving slight space at the top for expansion.
  5. Carefully insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold.
  6. Freeze the molds for at least 4 hours to ensure the popsicles are fully set.
  7. Release the popsicles by running the mold under warm water briefly.
