  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk, then pour this mixture over the macaroni. Stir until everything is well combined.
  4. Spoon the macaroni mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup to the top.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and paprika. Evenly sprinkle this mixture over each mac and cheese cup.
  6. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes in the tin before carefully removing each bite. Serve warm.
