Ingredients

  • 4 6 oz fillets salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, turning the fillets to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

  4. Remove the salmon from the marinade and allow any excess to drip off. Discard the leftover marinade.
  5. Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the flesh easily flakes with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with additional fresh herbs if desired.
