  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp sliced jalapenos

Instructions

  1. Bring the vegetable broth to a simmer over medium heat in a large pot.
  2. Stir in the soy sauce, minced ginger, minced garlic, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, and cinnamon stick. Allow the mixture to simmer for 20 minutes to infuse the broth with flavors.
  3. Remove the cinnamon stick then strain the broth through a sieve to remove the whole spices.
