Quinoa Tabbouleh with Cucumber and Mint

  4. Prepare a dressing by whisking olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic in a small bowl. Season the dressing with salt and pepper, then pour over the quinoa mixture and toss well.
  5. Adjust the seasoning as needed. The tabbouleh can be served chilled or at room temperature.
