- 1 1/2 cups almond flour

- 5 medium peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine almond flour, 1/4 cup sugar, and salt in a medium bowl. Add melted butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Pre-bake the crust for 10 minutes.
- While the crust is baking, mix sliced peaches, 1/2 cup sugar, and cornstarch in a large bowl until peaches are evenly coated.
- Remove the crust from the oven and carefully pour the peach mixture into it.
