  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 cup pomegranate seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
