Ingredients

  • 2 bunches Swiss chard, cleaned and chopped
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the pine nuts to the skillet and toast them until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.

  4. Add the chopped Swiss chard to the skillet, stirring occasionally, and cook until wilted, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in the golden raisins and toasted pine nuts.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then serve warm.
