- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce

- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds, for garnish
- 2 tbsp green onions, sliced, for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, garlic, basil, oregano, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.
