- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, ketchup, and brown sugar. Stir to mix the sauce ingredients.
- In another small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Set aside.

- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
