Ingredients

  • 1 whole flatbread crust
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup red onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread the chopped spinach evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Distribute the crumbled feta cheese, sliced red onion, and chopped Kalamata olives on top of the spinach.
  5. Evenly drizzle the olive oil over all the toppings and sprinkle the dried oregano across the flatbread.
