Instructions

  1. Press tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
  2. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, vegetable broth, cornstarch, and sugar in a small bowl to make the sauce.
  3. Preheat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook tofu cubes until golden brown on all sides, then remove from the skillet and set aside.

  7. Return tofu to the skillet and pour the sauce over the tofu and green beans.
