  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • 1 cup shelled edamame
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup scallions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and add shelled edamame. Cook for 3-4 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey until well combined.
