Ingredients
- 2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Place the cubed potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water.
