  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 4 large eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Once hot, add the onion and bell pepper; sauté until they soften, about 5 minutes.
