Ingredients

Instructions

- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
- For the berry compote, combine the berries, honey, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl until smooth and add to the berries.
- Cook the berry mixture until it thickens, stirring frequently, about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve the pancakes topped with berry compote and drizzle with honey.
