Ingredients
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 2 cups cups sushi rice, cooked
- 4 nori sheets
- 1/4 cup cup mayonnaise

- 1 teaspoon teaspoon rice vinegar
Instructions
- Prepare the sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool slightly.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha sauce to make the spicy mayo. Set aside.
- Place a nori sheet on a bamboo sushi mat, shiny side down.
