Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Bake for 15 minutes, flip the poppers, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
