  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro

  2. Add the fish fillets to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  4. Brush the grill grates with oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Remove the fish from the marinade and shake off excess. Discard the remaining marinade.
