Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well blended.
  2. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Distribute the mixed berries evenly over the yogurt mixture.
  5. Sprinkle the chia seeds on top of the berries and yogurt.
  6. Place the baking dish in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
