Ingredients
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well blended.
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Distribute the mixed berries evenly over the yogurt mixture.
- Sprinkle the chia seeds on top of the berries and yogurt.
- Place the baking dish in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
