Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, crumbled feta cheese, chopped kalamata olives, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the large egg and milk until well mixed.
  4. Add the egg mixture to the meat mixture and mix until thoroughly combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape into a loaf form.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
