Ingredients

  • 8 whole fresh sardines, cleaned and gutted
  • 1/4 cup white miso paste
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp grated ginger

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the white miso paste, mirin, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, and grated garlic to make the marinade.
