Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 8 ounces linguine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
  • 2 scallions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine in a pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to make the glaze.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the salmon fillets in the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. Remove the salmon from the skillet and brush with the honey Sriracha glaze.
  5. In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Sauté the minced garlic and grated ginger for 1 minute.
  6. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss with the garlic and ginger.
  7. Divide the linguine among plates, top each with a glazed salmon fillet.
  8. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and sliced scallions over the salmon and serve immediately.
