- 1/2 cup water, hot
- 1/4 cup mint leaves, fresh
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon matcha-infused mint syrup
- 1 ice cubes
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine 1/4 cup mint leaves, 1 cup water, and 1/2 cup sugar. Bring to a boil and stir until the sugar dissolves. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and let the mint syrup cool. Strain the syrup into a jar, discarding the mint leaves.
- In a cup, sift 1 teaspoon of matcha powder and add 1/2 cup of hot water. Whisk until dissolved and frothy.
