  • 1/4 cup white miso paste
  • 8 oz udon noodles
  • 4 heads baby bok choy, halved
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions
