  3. Fold in the shredded cabbage and half of the green onions.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
  5. Pour a quarter of the batter into the skillet, spreading it into a round pancake shape.
  6. Place two bacon halves on top, pressing them slightly into the batter.
  7. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Repeat with the remaining batter and bacon.
  9. Drizzle Okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise over each cooked pancake.
  10. Sprinkle with remaining green onions and bonito flakes before serving.
