  • 1 pound carrots, peeled and quartered
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the quartered carrots with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
