- 4 oz salmon fillets
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into pieces

- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, chicken broth, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add salmon fillets and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
- Remove salmon from the skillet and set aside.
