- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

- 8 oz tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheese blend
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup sour cream, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the diced chicken with taco seasoning until well coated.
- Spread the seasoned chicken onto a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove the sheet pan from the oven and add black beans and corn evenly over the chicken.
