  • 1 cup yogurt

  • 1/4 cup pine nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix the ground meat with cinnamon, allspice, and minced garlic in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Prepare a dough using all-purpose flour. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into a thin circle. Place a small amount of the meat mixture in the center, fold into a half-moon shape, and pinch the edges to seal, forming a dumpling.
  3. Whisk the yogurt with crushed garlic in a separate bowl. Set aside.
  4. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat and toast the pine nuts until golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.
