  3. Add the ground beef, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice to the skillet. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the meat is browned.
  4. Add the basmati rice and toasted pine nuts to the skillet, stirring until they are well combined with the meat and spices.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and stir gently. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the liquid is absorbed.
  7. Remove the skillet from the heat and let it sit, covered, for 5 minutes. Fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
