Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced

  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 Tbsp szechuan peppercorns
