  • 2 slices challa bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup microgreens
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Toast the challa bread slices until golden brown and set aside.
  2. Mash the avocado in a bowl and add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  4. Fill a saucepan with water and bring to a gentle simmer. Add white vinegar.
