- 1/2 cup coriander leaves, chopped
- 2 whole green chilies, slit
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 whole lemon, juiced

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, cumin, and garam masala until smooth.
- Add diced chicken to the marinade, ensuring even coating. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- Once marinated, coat the chicken pieces thoroughly in cornflour just before frying.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Carefully add chicken pieces and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and drain excess oil on paper towels.
